Common questions

Does it work with my ATS?

Yes. Nudge is ATS-agnostic. It watches Google Calendar and delivers feedback via Slack. You copy structured output into whatever ATS you use. Direct integrations coming soon.

What if an interviewer doesn't reply?

Nudge sends a single follow-up after 2 hours. If there's still no reply, the recruiter sees a "no response" flag on the role page so nothing slips through.

Is our interview data secure?

Yes. Nudge is UK GDPR compliant. Feedback is encrypted at rest and in transit, scoped to your workspace only, and stored in the EU (Frankfurt). No data is shared with third parties or used to train AI models. See our Security page for full details.

How long does setup take?
