Does it work with my ATS?

Yes. Nudge is ATS-agnostic. It watches Google Calendar and delivers feedback via Slack. You copy structured output into whatever ATS you use. Direct integrations coming soon.

What if an interviewer doesn't reply?

Nudge sends a single follow-up after 2 hours. If there's still no reply, the recruiter sees a "no response" flag on the role page so nothing slips through.

Is our interview data secure?

Feedback is stored encrypted and scoped to your workspace only. No data is shared or used to train models.
